The Lowcountry Housing Trust provides financing for the production of new affordable housing units (homeownership, rental, and transitional housing) through new construction, substantial rehabilitation of vacant units or conversion of non residential buildings to residential use. Q: Where can I get a copy of the Trust's most recent loan applications and notices of funding availability?

Q: Does the Lowcountry Housing Trust have a list of properties for sale that can be developed for affordable housing?
The Lowcountry Housing Trust does not maintain a list of properties for sale. However, there are several local government resources which may help you find available property in the tri-county. Take a look at these resources on The Resources page.
