Michelle is responsible for organizational financial planning, management and reporting, developing annual work plans and implementing the strategic plan, overseeing financing, development service and community education programs, marketing LHT programs, and securing funding for operations and financing.  She has more than 20 years in program management.

Michelle holds a Master of Public Administration degree from the College of Charleston; a Master of Engineering Management degree from George Washington University; and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University. She is certified by the National Development Council (NDC) as a Housing Development Finance Professional.

Patrick KingPatrick King

Patrick is primarily responsible for marketing and deploying LHT loans to affordable housing developers, including underwriting and loan recommendations, portfolio management and reporting, and loan capital management. He has over 25 years of experience with a diverse array of financing mechanisms for small business and community development programs.

Patrick has a Master of Arts degree in Management and an undergraduate degree in Business Administration.  He is certified by the National Development Council (NDC) as an Economic Development Finance Professional.

Alice Alice Williams

Alice is responsible for fund accounting, bookkeeping, loan servicing, community impact tracking and compliance monitoring.   She has over 13 years of bookkeeping experience and uses these skills to analyze periodic financial reports and assess progress towards financial goals.

Alice has an Associate degree in Accounting and holds professional certificates in Bookkeeping, Professional Accountancy, and Microcomputer Business Applications.
