LHT Board of Directors, Advisory Committees, and Application Review Committee represent a diverse membership and expertise from a variety of public and private sectors; including the for-profit, non-profit development, affordable housing, housing counseling, state housing finance, community development lending, banking, engineering, architecture, government programs, mortgaging banking, real estate, and marketing sectors. Members utilize these skills to assist staff in developing, implementing, managing, maintaining and monitoring the organizations loan programs and financial and development services. They provide guidance and oversight in an effort to secure funding sources and work one-on-one with staff to increase creative ways to expand financial products and programs. These individuals are very hands-on in working with staff to establish, implement, and market programs. They work with other community leaders and residents through the following committees; finance, fundraising, program, incentive, marketing, and executive to increase LHT’s capacity to provide community development lending and development that directly increases the number affordable housing units.
